Step 1

Scoop cooked grains into the bottom of two bowls. Add sliced avocado half, steamed broccoli, seared cherry tomatoes + boiled eggs. Season with ground black pepper, sea salt flakes, lemon juice and hot sauce as desired.

  • 1 cup steamed baby broccoli/ broccolini
  • 1 cup blistered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced in half
