Scoop the flesh of the avocado out into a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Pulse a few times, then blend on high speed until it’s as smooth as possible. Serve immediately.

  • 1/2 small-medium avocado, pitted
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 3-4 handfuls spinach (about 2 ounces)
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled
 and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A few ice cubes
