Tailgate Party Pizza


Pizza Sauce

1 chopped avocado
6 oz. plain, fat free greek yogurt
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

pre-baked whole wheat pizza crust 


3/4 cup romaine lettuce
1 small cooked and shredded chicken breast
1/2 small chopped cucumber
1 large chopped tomato
1 chopped avocado
3/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
salt and pepper 


Blend pizza sauce ingredients until smooth. Spread avocado and cilantro sauce onto the pizza crust.

Top with romaine, chicken, cucumber, tomato and avocado. Finish with crumbled goat cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
