For Halloween fun, place guacamole in a pumpkin shaped serving bowl. Place bowl of guacamole into a larger bowl or cauldron filled with dry ice.
4 Chilean Hass Avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 Clove Garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Large Tomato, diced
- ¼ Cup Cilantro, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
In large bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, garlic and cumin. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately with carrot and celery sticks, and chips. If not serving immediately, cover surface of guacamole with plastic wrap, pressing wrap onto surface to prevent darkening.
