Whole Grain Breakfast Bowls with Avocado

Ingredients: 

2 cups cooked wild rice or other whole grain of choice
1 avocado, cut in half, then sliced
1 cup steamed baby broccoli/ broccolini
1 cup blistered cherry tomatoes
1 boiled egg, sliced in half 
freshly ground black pepper
flaky sea salt 
lemon wedges
hot sauce

Instructions: 

Scoop cooked grains into the bottom of two bowls. Add sliced avocado half, steamed broccoli, seared cherry tomatoes + boiled eggs. Season with ground black pepper, sea salt flakes, lemon juice and hot sauce as desired.

Makes 2 bowls
