2 pieces of bread
dried seaweed (1 package)
2 roma tomatoes
sliced black olives
4 small cheese cubes (any cheese will work)
Toast 2 pieces of bread. Cut a zig zag into one side of your seaweed. Break pretzel sticks into 6 halves.
Trim toast to make a rectangle. Slice tomatoes into rounds and half them.
Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste, then mash with a fork.
Spread avocado mixture on toast, and arrange other ingredients to make your Franken Toast - seaweed hair and eyebrows, black olive eyes, pretzel nose, tomato mouth, cheese cube and pretzel bolts!
