Cranberry and Brie Turkey Quesadillas with Avocado


1 tortillas
2 oz. brie, sliced thinly
4 oz. roast turkey, sliced or shredded
1 tbsp. cranberry sauce
1/4 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp. jalepe├▒os


Place one tortilla in a pan.

Place 2 oz. of brie on one half of the tortilla. Top with the turkey, cranberry sauce, avocado and the remaining cheese. Fold other half of tortilla over top.

Cook until quesadilla is golden brown (both sides) and cheese is melted, approximately 1-2 minutes per side. Cut into wedges and serve.
