Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 ripe avocado
3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons golden honey (plus more to taste)
½ cup coconut water
6 ice cubes

Instructions: 

Place avocado, pineapple, yogurt, lime juice, honey, and coconut water in a blender. Puree until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes – blend again to chill the smoothie. Taste for sweetness, and feel free to add more honey to your liking.

Serve right away or you can store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
